# Diabeteris — public research overview

Diabeteris is building a research and software company focused on connecting diabetes science,
data and everyday human experience. Our programs and platform are in development.
Our mission connects better management, earlier recognition and prevention where
possible, and research toward durable treatments and potential cures for specific
forms of diabetes. This overview describes our public direction, not validated
clinical products.

## Research directions

- Metabolic intelligence: study glucose observations alongside their recorded context.
- Earlier understanding: investigate useful questions about changes in metabolic health over time.
- Nutrition and daily life: connect food information with culture, preparation and practical routines.
- Molecular discovery: connect genetic, cellular, immune and chemical evidence to research toward durable treatments and potential cures.
- Maternal and child health: develop separate pregnancy, postpartum and childhood research questions with appropriate evidence and governance.

## Data and scientific foundations

Our interests span time-series measurements, laboratory and clinical records,
scientific literature, and food and molecular reference information. These are
categories of evidence we intend to examine, not claims of completed acquisition.
Each source requires review of access, permissions, population and study suitability.

Four foundations guide our work: mathematics and statistics; biomedicine and
physiology; chemistry, genetics and molecular biology; and empirical validation
and engineering. We aim to preserve provenance, make uncertainty visible, compare
transparent baselines and test whether findings hold in independent settings.

## People and collaboration

We welcome perspectives from people living with diabetes, families, care teams,
researchers, laboratories and technical collaborators. Our intended work includes
people with and without continuous glucose monitors or pumps.

Research questions and intended uses determine the evidence required. Company
perspectives and conceptual illustrations are not clinical results. No patient-
specific diagnosis, insulin dosing, cure or newborn prediction is offered by this site.

## Sharing our work

We intend to share reviewed findings, limitations and appropriate research resources
as the work develops. Study-specific details can be discussed through an appropriate
collaboration process. No partner, publication or clinical validation is implied.
